How Can I make a reservation?
Reservations for delivered rentals can be made online by visiting our BOOKINGS page. For pick-up rentals (you tow yourself) the only way to make a reservation is by contacting us directly. Visit out Contact page or you may send us an email to email@example.com
We do require 100% of the full balance of he rental fees to be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. An invoice will be issued separately for payment. You will not be asked to provide the $500 damage deposit (per renter) until the day of your reservation, upon arrival.
What is a reservation fee?
For convenience, we offer two ways to pay for delivered Jet Ski bookings only! You may pay the full balance due online or pay only a $100 reservation fee per Jet ski. The $100 reservation fee is the mandatory minimum due to reserve one of our watercrafts and this fee will be applied towards your total rental fee balance at check-in on your booking date. The remaining balance and damage deposit per renter will also be collected in person, upon your arrival. The $100 reservation fee per Jet ski is automatically forfeited if a no show, or cancellation occurs. Please see our cancellation policy below.
Do I need a license to drive a jet ski?
Yes, all drivers must have a valid state-issued drivers license and a Washington State Boater Education license. We can provide you with a one day Temporary Boaters Permit free of charge if needed.
What is the minimum age to ride on a Jet Ski?
No one under the age of 5 may ride on a jet ski. Everyone must wear a life vest.
Can I rent your boat without a captain?
No, all boat reservations must have a captain provided through our company.
Which lakes do you deliver to?
We bring the jet ski to you at Lake Washington (Gene Coulon Memorial Beach) for no additional charge! If you prefer a different lake, we can also deliver our watercraft to American Lake, Lake Sammamish and Lake Tapps for an additonal fee of $150 per trailer. Each trailer holds 2 jet skis or 1 boat. SALT WATER USAGE IS NOT PERMITTED.
Which lakes are available for Pick-Up Rentals?
Lakes available for use with picked up rentals are Lake Cushman, Lake Roosevelt, Lake Chelan, and Alder Lake. These locations are for tow away only, (you are responsible for towing) and each equipment rental requires a minimum all day reservation. SALT WATER USAGE IS NOT PERMITTED.
Is there a damage deposit?
Yes, there is a damage deposit of $500 per renter due on the day of pick-up for Jet Skis and a refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit of $500.00 for boat rentals3.
Deposits can be paid via cash or debit/credit card. If paying with credit/debit card, a temporary hold will be placed on your card. Upon return of our equipment, and there is no damage, the hold is automatically released. This can take up to 1 week, depending on your credit card issuer/bank. WE DO NOT COLLECT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE OR ONLINE.
If you are unable to provide the full damage deposit per renter on your rental day, the rental will need to be cancelled. There will be a fee for forfeiting your reservation.
What is your late return policy?
We rely on timely returns of our equipment. We do not offer grace periods. A late fee of $50 for the first 15 minutes, will apply. At 16+ minutes late, the fee is DOUBLE the price of the next rental (2 hour minimum). PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
What is your policy for damaged products?
We will conduct an inspection of the jet ski and boat with the main renter of our equipment at the start and we will do another inspection upon your return. We do not hold you liable for normal wear and tear, however if any major damages occur we would need to charge the renter’s credit card to compensate for all assessed damage and repairs. If the renter paid via cash, we will withhold what is needed from the deposit for the damage. If you operate our equipment in a safe and responsible manner, you can avoid damage to our equipment.
What is the fueling policy?
All rentals come with a full tank of gas. Fuel is included in our flat rate rental fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are to be made preferably by credit/debit cards, but we also accept cash on site. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) We DO NOT accept payment via check, money order, etc.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unfortunately there are no cancellations or refunds. When a reservation is made and paid for, this is you saying that you want to rent during this specific time. Other renters are turned away because of this, and if you cancel this leaves a gap that is difficult to fill. Reservation fee deposits are non-refundable if a reservation is forfeited or cancelled.
We try to work with you and be able to reschedule during the same season if there are extreme circumstances, but that is solely our discretion.
